A Message from Our CEO:
We’re looking for full-time Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about delivering excellent service. You’ll have the opportunity to actively shape our customer support processes, contribute your own ideas, and collaborate with multiple teams to create a consistently positive customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by managing and supporting the telephone hotline.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including creating and processing new orders based on phone requests.
Prepare, review, and adjust customer invoices, and actively support the implementation of an in-house invoice-based payment process.
Continuously develop and optimize customer service templates, communication standards, and workflows to improve customer satisfaction.
Independently manage special and exceptional cases, collaborating closely with the logistics manager to resolve complex issues.
Implement modern e-commerce customer service practices and introduce new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
Analyze customer feedback and service-related data to identify improvement opportunities and implement targeted enhancements.
Create reports and performance analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of customer service initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and high-quality customer service operations.

You’re flexible and ready to jump in where needed—whether supporting urgent customer requests or helping coordinate shipments and returns.
